Sassy Pad is a women-led brand founded by Muferihat Kedir to address a critical gap in Ethiopia’s menstrual health space. The company offers 100% cotton sanitary pads that are safe, comfortable, and reliable, free from plastics and harsh chemicals. Beyond providing quality menstrual care, Sassy Pad is working toward a larger vision: establishing local manufacturing in Ethiopia. By setting up production within the country, the company aims to make pads more affordable and accessible, while also creating jobs and contributing to women’s empowerment.
